Prerequisite | Class | Weaponry/Ability | Description |
Mage | Wizard | Staff, wand - one of which is generally required to channel the magic. they may carry a sword. | Wizards are extremely powerful when it comes to magic, and are able to cast a wide variety of spells in rather quick succession. They fall short in all other areas of combat and defense, as this mastery over magic takes an intense amount of training and often requires the user to completely ignore swordsmanship and other combat types. They are quite averaged in their magic use. A5 |
Mage | Sorcerer | Magic Only | Sorcerers are completely offensive magic users. They train in combat magic in order to achieve the highest level of destructiveness possible, they can learn the highest level offensive spells. There are often several of these magic users near the front lines of an army - they are invaluable. - More likely to take on a darker alignment. C3 |
Mage | Cleric | Magic Only | These magic users are entirely defensive, and are some of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to healing. They can protect large areas from projectile fire, and magic - making them incredibly useful as a line of defense for an army. They are highly proficient with wards. D3 |
Mage, Militia | Spellsword | Melee weapon and magic | A more averaged magic user, they are able to cast medium level spells while being rather proficient with their weapon of choice. There are few who can match their skills, and they are often placed on the front lines or in the back, to protect generals and high key targets. M |
Militia | Hammer-Dawn | Hammer, Halberd, Mace, etc... | Hammer-Dawns are incredibly useful as front line chargers - it is rather difficult to block their weapons, and they often go into such a frenzy that dodging is out of the question. They tend to be avoided in combat simply because their heavy armor makes them difficult to injure them, while their hammer smashes away at attackers. They are highly susceptible to ranged projectiles. H |
Explorer/Militia | Rogue | Only use short blades, scimitars. Typically dual wielded weapons. | Rather quick moving melee fighters, they rely on quick dodges, slashes, thrusts, and stabs to eliminate enemies. Light armor/weapons only.
Thief | Assasin | Shortswords, wrist Crossbows, daggers. In rare cases, dual weapons. | Assassins are employed throughout the world to eliminate those who are no longer deemed nessecary. They are completely cold killers most of the time, and live from one mission to the next. They typically gather information on their targets before striking, in order to make the most stealthy kill possible. |
Thief | Spy | Shortsword, dagger, bow. | Spies are employed with much more cation than assassins. Rather than gathering information in order to attack the target, they typically disguise themselves as a servant or friend of their intended target and gather information while in disguise. This tactic is often used to gather battle plans and other important information. They are also quite stealthy - to catch those conversations that are not intended for all ears. |
