The streets below the upper levels are made of stone blocks, many of which have become worn and broken. The lower levels are in disrepair, the the worlds lowlife have often been drawn to the streets with promises of quick fortunes. Several shops can be found here, but very few are legit, and most would stab you in the back as soon as you turned you back on the managers.
