Jeldo is the unofficial ruler of the city. He is rather fat for a human, and he has the best clothes, jewelry, and well... everything that money can buy. His mansion is massive compared to the other buildings in the city, and he runs the black market as well. He's surrounded by guards at all times, and some say he has slaves as well.
