Since one entire side of the city faces the coast, the docks stretch out that entire length of the city. Hundreds of ships are tethered here, and some of the royal navy can be seen loading supplies. This place isn't just for the royal guards navy though, dozens of ships flying the black flag can be seen as well, although their crew are likely hanging out in the rotted taverns littered around the town.
