Canada was hit lighter than most other countries during the meteor storms, though several cities seemed to draw much more debris than the others - they were completely obliterated.

The massive human city was constructed in the center of a canyon over a thousand years ago. It's towering walls stretch from one canyon wall to the next, and make it nearly impossible to breach the fortress. Six towers are arranged along the outer walls, each one holding a minister. There is a single center tower where the Emperor takes up residence when he is not traveling. This city has become a symbol of hope for those who have lost their homes - and it is often a place to seek refuge or safety.

No New Posts Azure Canyon

This Canyon is split into three sections, each pointing in a different direction. At the very center, where each section converges - is Holdpass. Holdpass was built here to stop Orc raids coming in through Gorgoroth, which can be reached through one of the sections. It is now the Empire's Capital city.

This outpost is in located just outside of Azure Canyon. It it mostly a military outpost that guards caravans as they pass through the Canyon - since the Canyon does have some of the most dangerous wildlife imaginable.

These fields are some of the most pristine lands in the world. Rushing rivers and streams, as well as immense forests. The Elves think it a great waste that it was gifted to the race of men. It is said to be guarded by Tyreal, or one of his champions, lest any evil being wish the land harm.

This city lays beside the merchant city, and refuses to have anything to do with it. It is mostly made up of sailors and fisherman. It is a fair sized town, and the food is cheap because of the quantity of fish in the area.

Purchased Items:[/hr] Look no further, this place has everything a trader could dream of, including comfy taverns. The black market has also taken a strong hold here, so those with authority tend to be less welcome here, as the city is mostly run by the citizens.

These lands stretch on for hundreds of miles, and include dozens of small towns and ports, many of which are nearly unheard of - which is why most wont appear on the often obsolete maps. Someone may be able to get a large reward, if they were to map the region.

The Baredor Coast

No New Posts Vrenak

Vrenak is the capital of the Coast, the city is among the most heavily populated in the world. It has an average sized wall, and on the inside of the city the buildings are clustered together - often times buildings will be constructed on top of old ones. Many of the buildings are tan colored, as they seem to be built from a mix of sand and stone. Thousands of buildings clump together, and in the far distant section of the city, tall masts and flags fly high from the ports. The ports are likely one of the roughest places in the world, and pirates often travel through here.

No New Posts The Junlend Wastes

The desert stretches on for leagues. Thousands upon thousands of sand dunes poke up into the sky, and several reach up the size of massive hills. Water is sparse here, although one might occasionally stumble across an oasis or Desert plant. It is advised that people do not take this journey lightly, as traveling across the desert is not only dangerous from lack of food and water. Giant worms roam the sands underneath the dunes, they seek out their pray through sound and vibrations. Tread lightly in center of the desert.

In the center of the wastes, is a large oasis that even has a full sized lake. Some wonder how such a thing is possible - but in the event that someone manages to traverse the golden circle without coming across the giant worms - they don't tend to ask questions about the food and water that is going to keep them alive until they figure out a way to evade the massive monsters lurking outside the paradise.

No New Posts Golden Sand Ring

This sand ring surrounds the entire Oasis. The sand here is finer, and allows you to sink in at some places. To make matters worse, the worms like this particular place due to trapped prey, and an enhanced mobility in the softer sand. This is not a place people should consider entering.

The Capital city of the nation, the stone walls and well trained guards can often keep most people out of the city if it is wished. While not even rivaling the major cities of the world, it's population is high, and there are hundreds of buildings inside the spaced out City. Caralym has its back facing the desert wastes of the coast. At the center of the city is the castle, and it is here that the lonely queen resides with her three children.

No New Posts Alkorim Village

This small village stands out amongst the dozens of other villages in the surrounding area. It is located right beside the lake that is in front of Caralym. The Village people make their living by fishing - and by transporting people across the lake in ferry's. Those who wish to travel around the lake need to walk for miles and miles - a three day journey, or pass across the lake and spend a few hours napping.

No New Posts Alsori Lake

The lake is vast, but pales in comparison to any of the seas or oceans. Boats can often be seen sailing from one side to the other, as well as throwing fishing nets into the water, to make a fortune off the fish in the water. Towards the west end of the lake, there is a stream that runs out into the Ocean, where one could travel almost anywhere they wished - but because it is small, there are rapids - and larger ships will have a difficult time navigating this dangerous area.

No New Posts Thalin Ferry

Only a few buildings stand on the other side of the lake, and almost all of them are small inns or dock houses. This side of the lake has no village to help travelers supply for a journey, and a fare to get on a boat here costs double what it should. The captains on this side of the lake tend to be known for changing deals while in the middle of the lake - threats of throwing guests overboard often serve to keep them safe, though.

No New Posts Talindor Grounds

Spanning three miles in any direction, this burial ground was once the site of a bloody battle between the dark lord and the forces of light.

There are caverns here that are filled with horrible things, very few people will even bother sleeping here, but the rough terrain means that it is often difficult to pass through this area in a single day. During the night, the dead show themselves. They are not so harmless as people would like to think.

Seven Towns

Six of the seven 'towns' are located very close to each other. Calling these places towns is an overstatement, as they hardly pass for villages. The people here are very friendly, and seem to not have a care in the world.

No New Posts Meadmile Pathes

These Paths stretch out from the six towns, and lead towards the small village of BirchWood. During the autumn dozens upon dozens of tourists and locals use these paths to make their way to BirchWood, as the autumn feasts and festivals are held there. The odd dwarf can be seen along the road, as BirchWood is on the edge of the nation, and directly beside the dwarves mountain.

Ruins are scattered along the outskirts of this town. So many in fact, that some people believe that an ancient city once stood here, although there is no proof for that anymore. The village itself is thriving, people dance down the streets and the farmers constantly bring in good crops. The Autumn festival is held here, because the happy spirits here are said to make the Dark Lord cringe.

Separate from the village of Birchwood, residents make their way a quarter of a mile down a path to a large clearing through a forest. Hundreds of tables have been set up, as well as pavilions, stands, and stages. This Autumn festival promises to be the most amazing thing that's ever happened in these parts. There are rumors that there a Mystic traveled across the lands to stop here. A large bundle of fireworks are gathered in a heap at the center of the clearing.

Outside the town of Birchwood, there are dozens of small farms. Many people who live here are descendants of the warriors from the Terror wars, yet none of them realize it. These villagers are among some of the most stubborn people alive. Best not to anger them.

Mount Barathum is the massive capital fortress city of the Dwarves. It is built inside the mountain, and they've hollowed a large portion of it out. If you though Hold Pass was impenetrable, then the Dwarves are going to surprise you at every turn. The architecture here is paralleled, and it often features immense hallways and caverns with high ceilings that generally make the guests feel tiny compared to the works of the Dwarves.

This is the tower that is in the center of the mountain, it reaches to the summit, and presents hundred of escape tunnels in the event that the Dwarven capital should be breaches. Most of the tower serves as government sections and living quarters. Most of the population is housed here.

Very few know it's actual name, as it was created during the Terror wars. This large fortress housed Gorgoroth and his minions, and featured dozens of torture chambers and prisons. It is made out of a black rock that absorbs sunlight, and is incredibly rough.

Rock, cliff, marsh, and Claw. That is what describes this vile place. No one has ventured here in four hundred years, and no animal has ever existed here since the Terror wars - no natural animal anyways. People fear goblins and Orcs, but the things that lurk here make them seem like ragdolls. Only the very powerful should even think about traveling here, as it will probably be your last few hours alive. If you can even make it across the jagged terrain.

The marsh surrounds much of Midrall, and usually needs to be traversed at some point in order to make it through the massive dark lands. The waters are dark and murky, and the grass is black and dead. Nothing lives here, only the dead wait here. In the form of wraiths, they wait for those who wish to traverse the dangerous waters and lands.

Bara’sum

This mountain is one of the largest in the world, and is covered in snow most of the way up. It is an incredible journey to undertake - the pathes leading up the mountain are inhospitable, and there are almost no places to take sanctuary from the howling storm until you reach the top. There is a cave halfway up, that provides travelers with a well needed rest. It is occasionally supplied by the mages who still wish to help those who make it to the top.

At the summit of the mountain, is the Temple of the Zacarume. This place knows no evil, and has been protected by mages since the end of the Terror wars. It was founded by the followers of Ellasair, though all of the original heroes have long since faded into dust.
